What types of translation services can I request?
You can request on-site interpreting, video interpreting, or traditional document translation services.
Can I choose a translator with a specific specialty?
Yes. You can select a translator with expertise in legal, medical, technical, or other specialized fields. Expertise list can be defined in the Lingodea App Settings.
How does address selection work for on-site interpreting?
Frequently used addresses are saved for convenience, and the system helps you assign translators located nearby.
Are there minimum booking durations?
Yes. Depending on the event type, minimum durations and time step intervals may apply. Minimum and maximum duration and steps in minutes can be set in the Lingodea App Settings.
Can client's user see other requests from the same client?
When creating a client, the first invited user receives elevated rights. Such user can see translation requests and invoices on the client level. Such user can also invite colleagues and determine whether new users will have elevated rights or be regular users.
Can requests come from the API?
Yes, but such integration needs to be discussed separately.
