Owner Features

Lingodea offers two administration levels - Owner with full access and Project Manager which have access to the workflow but not to financial data.

Requests

• Receive requests from the Client area
• Receive requests from unregistered users from the form on the site
• Receive requests from the external sources through Lingodea API
• Review, accept or reject requests

Translator management

• Invite or mass-import translators
• Give translators internal ranking
• Determine language proficiency, specialties and services provided
• Manage user prices

Work Flow

• Each request results in at least one working order
• Multiple translators can be invited on a single work task
• Translators can accept or reject working order
• -

Financial

• Can give quotes for sent requests
• Can send invoices for work performed
• Can give discounts (percentages and absolute)
• Can update payment data
